  • What was your favorite class and why?:

Thus far at Rutgers, my favorite class that I took has to be General Physics 2. By learning basic circuits, you can have an idea as to how the lamp in your living room turns on and off through a flick of a light switch. The discovery of alternating current (AC) has transcended society in many ways, aiding in the creation of technology such as MRI scanners, X-ray machines, dishwashers, and even hair dryers. Widely regarded as a tough subject, the applicability in everyday life is incomparable.

  • What other Rutgers activities and extracurricular activities do you participate in?:

At Rutgers, I am the current Treasurer of American Medical Students Association (AMSA) and an Undergraduate Research Assistant for AMP Lab in the Department of Kinesiology and Health. Off campus, I am a co-founder of a non-profit called Operation Exercise NJ, and a Clinical Care Technician and Emergency Department Scribe at RWJ University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. In my free time, I am a fitness junky and love exercising.
